Partner Terms of Use

1. The Partner App

The Feesto Restaurant Partner App enables registered Restaurant Partners to:

• Manage their restaurant listing and Menu
• Receive, accept, and manage Orders
• Track earnings, settlements, TDS and TCS statements
• Access reports and analytics
• Communicate with Feesto support

Access is conditional on acceptance of the Restaurant Partner Agreement, these Terms, maintaining an active compliant registration, and holding a valid FSSAI licence.

2. Account Access and Security

Each restaurant may register one primary Partner App account. Sub-accounts for staff members may be created with restricted permissions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of all account credentials, all activity under your account and sub-accounts, and immediately notifying hello@feesto.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are fully liable for all actions taken by sub-account users. Revoke sub-account access when staff leave or no longer require it. Do not share primary account credentials — use sub-accounts for staff access.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Partner App only for managing your restaurant’s participation on the Feesto Platform.

You must NOT: access other Partners’ data; reverse-engineer or hack the app; use bots or scripts; circumvent security measures; upload malicious code; submit false data. Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

4. Menu and Content Management

You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, which must be accurate, FSSAI-compliant, and not infringe third-party rights. Photographs must represent the actual food served. Feesto may review, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Order Notifications and Performance

You must respond to each Order notification within 5 minutes during listed operating hours. An Order acceptance rate below 70% over 7 days, or 3+ consecutive missed notifications, may result in warning, reduced visibility, or suspension.

Use the “Pause Orders” feature instead of ignoring notifications.

6. Partner App Data and Analytics

The Partner App provides operational data and analytics for your use only. You must not share this data with third parties, identify Customers beyond Order fulfilment needs, or retain Customer data beyond the fulfilment period.

7. TDS and TCS Statements

Monthly TCS statements will be available by the 10th of the following month. TDS certificates will be available periodically. It is your responsibility to download and retain these documents for tax filings.

8. Updates

Feesto may update the Partner App from time to time. You must keep it updated to the latest version. Support for older versions may be withdrawn with 30 days’ notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Partner App and all Feesto content are owned by Feesto. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Partner App solely for managing your restaurant’s participation. This licence terminates upon termination of the Restaurant Partner Agreement.

10. Post-Termination Access

Upon termination, Partner App access is restricted to read-only mode for 90 days to download settlement statements, TDS/TCS certificates, and order history. After 90 days, all access is permanently revoked.

11. Limitation of Liability

Feesto’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the Commission earned from your restaurant in the preceding 30 days or ₹5,000, whichever is higher. Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved per Section 19 of the Restaurant Partner Agreement.

13. Amendments

Feesto may amend these Terms with 7 days’ prior notice via the Partner App or registered email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
